Made-to-Order Products
All PrintedAura products are custom-made using a print-on-demand production process. Each item is individually produced after an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Customer preference changes
- Ordering the wrong product
- Color preference issues
- Buyer’s remorse

Eligible Refunds & Replacements
PrintedAura may offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives with:
- Printing defects
- Manufacturing issues
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
PrintedAura is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PrintedAura is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with carrier claims when applicable.

Exchanges
Because PrintedAura products are custom-produced using print-on-demand manufacturing, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
Approved claims will instead be handled through product replacements or refunds when applicable.
